Traditional Screen Printing

The classic method. Ink is pushed through a mesh stencil directly onto the fabric. It’s unmatched for durability and vibrant color opacity on dark garments. Best Used For:

  • Large quantity orders (24+ pieces recommended).

  • Designs with 1–6 solid colors (logos, team uniforms).

  • Heavy-duty workwear and merchandise meant to last for years. Key Benefit: The most cost-effective option for high-volume runs.

Direct-to-Film (DTF)

A revolutionary digital process. Your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-transferred to the garment. It handles complex gradients, photos, and unlimited colors with ease. Best Used For:

  • Small to medium runs (even single items!).

  • Full-color photographs or complex illustrations with gradients.

  • Difficult fabrics like polyester blends, nylon, or performance wear. Key Benefit: Incredible detail and vibrant full-color prints without high setup fees.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Precision-cut vinyl material that is heat-pressed onto the garment. It’s perfect for sharp, clean edges and unique finishes that ink just can’t replicate. Best Used For:

  • Individual names and numbers on sports jerseys.

  • Small batch orders requiring specialty finishes (Glitter, Metallic/Foil, Flock, Reflective).

  • Simple, one or two-color designs on odd locations (hats, bags). Key Benefit: The go-to choice for personalization and unique textures.
